Privacy

Candlebar and More is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Information we collect is used solely to process orders and enhance your personal shopping experience.  No information will ever be sold, traded or given to third parties.

Security

Protecting your personal information is our priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the confidentiality of your online order. 

SSL encrypts your order information so that no one except Candlebar, Inc. can decode it. To check the security of your connection, access   the server and then look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. You can  double-check this by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https." 

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In this case, you would be unable to connect to the server, and would not be permitted  to mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection.

Shipping and Handling

We ship all items via UPS.  At this time we are only able to ship to  the USA.  If you require shipment outside the USA, please email us at candlebar@candlebarandmore.com.

Normally, we ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order.  However, UPS shipping is guaranteed from the date shipped and not the actual ordering date.  Below you will find the shipping costs:

UPS business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, as determined by carrier.  *Free Shipping only applies to UPS ground going to the same address within the USA.

If your package is returned to us due to an error on your part, we will be glad to re-ship your package.  A return shipping fee will be applied to your credit card in the amount of actual UPS shipping rates. 

Return Policy

Need to return an item?  No problem.  As long as the product is unused, we will exchange it or refund your money within the first 30 days.   If your items need returning due to damage, please contact us first!!  We will file a claim with UPS and handle the situation promptly.  

If you are returning the product because of other reasons, you will receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.  Just replace the item in its original packaging with the packing slip included, and follow these simple steps: 

1. Contact Candlebar and More via email for an RMA. 

2. Send the package via UPS or Insured Parcel Post.  This protects you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit.  If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, Candlebar will refund shipping costs.  Shipping costs will not be refunded for other returns.
